Description
Vacuum-Potted Epoxy Sealing
The sensor housing is sealed using high-density epoxy resin under high-temperature vacuum potting conditions. This process helps prevent moisture from entering the internal components and provides reliable sealing performance for long-term soil monitoring.
Durable 316L Stainless-Steel Probes
The probes are made of 316L stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to rust, electrolysis, salinity, alkalinity and corrosion. Their durable construction supports long-term operation in different soil conditions and agricultural environments.
IP68 Waterproof and Corrosion-Resistant Design
The entire sensor is manufactured using a strict waterproof and dustproof process and achieves an IP68 protection rating. It can be inserted directly into the soil or buried for continuous monitoring, helping the internal components remain stable during long-term outdoor operation.
Smartphone Connection and Real-Time Monitoring
The sensor connects to a compatible smartphone through its USB interface, allowing the phone to power the device and display soil data through the mobile app. Different soil parameters are automatically shown in the app, providing convenient real-time monitoring without additional display equipment.
Local Data Export
Current measurement data can be exported through the mobile app and saved locally on the smartphone. This makes it easier to retain monitoring records, compare soil conditions and manage field data.

Important Notes
- During measurement, all four probes must be fully inserted into the soil to ensure proper contact and reliable readings.
- Avoid exposing the sensor transmitter to strong direct sunlight, as excessive heat may affect its operation. When used outdoors, appropriate lightning protection should also be provided.
- When measuring soil pH, EC, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the soil should remain adequately moist, preferably with a moisture level above 20%.
- The sensor body has an IP68 protection rating and can be immersed in water. However, the USB connector and other unprotected electrical connections should be kept dry unless they are also specifically rated for immersion.
- Do not read the measurements immediately after inserting the sensor into the soil. Stabilization time varies depending on the soil condition; normally, allow approximately 3–5 minutes before recording the readings.
- Of the four probes, one may appear darker because it is made of a special alloy. This is normal and does not indicate damage. Clean and dry all probes after use to reduce residue buildup and extend their service life.
