Selection and System Integration
Select an electrode and mounting arrangement compatible with the liquid and maintenance access. Request calibration, storage and replacement-electrode instructions. Establish acceptance criteria using suitable buffer solutions and representative process samples.
Installation and Application Notes
Place the measurement point where solution is adequately mixed, away from concentrated chemical injection. Inspect the electrode for deposits and drift. Automated dosing needs a separate controller, dosing equipment and commissioning appropriate to the process.
Sample Evaluation
Before a larger order, check the selected sample against the agreed specification using representative operating conditions. Confirm wiring, power, output units and controller communication, then record reference measurements and any configuration changes. Agree on the required documents, packing and replacement components as part of the quotation.
Application FAQ
Can the sensor dose acid on its own?
No. Its listed output is a measurement signal. A compatible control system must operate and supervise the dosing equipment.
