Selection and System Integration
Provide pipe outside diameter, wall thickness, material, liner and water conditions so the transducers and installation arrangement can be selected. Request the supported pipe-size range and required straight lengths for the selected configuration.
Installation and Application Notes
Verify pipe filling, flow profile and acoustic coupling during commissioning. Entrained air and installation errors can affect readings. Billing, custody-transfer or legal metrology approval is not established by the supplied sheet.
Sample Evaluation
Before a larger order, check the selected sample against the agreed specification using representative operating conditions. Confirm wiring, power, output units and controller communication, then record reference measurements and any configuration changes. Agree on the required documents, packing and replacement components as part of the quotation.
