Selection and System Integration
Check that the full operating EC range fits within 0–5 mS/cm. Confirm cell characteristics, compensation reference temperature and calibration standards. This page uses the liquid-probe configuration and does not combine it with the separate 0–200 µS/cm transmitter specifications.
Installation and Application Notes
Measure representative, well-mixed liquid and keep the sensing surfaces clean. EC reflects conductivity of the solution; it does not identify individual nutrients or establish the same fertilizer concentration for different formulations.
Sample Evaluation
Before a larger order, check the selected sample against the agreed specification using representative operating conditions. Confirm wiring, power, output units and controller communication, then record reference measurements and any configuration changes. Agree on the required documents, packing and replacement components as part of the quotation.

Is this suitable above 5 mS/cm?
The selected sheet specifies an upper range of 5,000 µS/cm. Request a different confirmed range if the process can exceed it.
