Description
The Plus series EC/pH fertigation system is a configurable nutrient-injection unit for commercial growing projects. Its supplier-listed configuration includes EC/pH feedback and one to five injection channels. Wewin supports specification matching and quotation coordination for irrigation installers, distributors and project buyers.
Applications
- Commercial greenhouse projects requiring a configurable nutrient-injection unit.
- Irrigation integrations where EC/pH feedback and injection channels must be matched to the hydraulic design.
- Project procurement requiring a defined equipment configuration and commissioning plan.

EC/pH Fertigation System Selection
Size the unit around the irrigation mainline flow, required injection ratios, stock solutions and available pressure. The brochure’s injection-pump figures are not the irrigation system’s mainline capacity. The quoted per-channel injection range requires confirmation against inlet/outlet pressure, stock-solution properties and the chosen injector configuration. EC and pH targets also depend on source water and crop management; equipment selection alone does not establish an agronomic recipe.
Technical Configuration
The following values are listed in the supplier brochure. Confirm the current datasheet and the exact ordered configuration before purchase.
| Parameter | Supplier-listed configuration |
|---|---|
| Series | Plus |
| Injection channels | 1–5, configured to order |
| Listed injection range | 100–600 L/h per channel; confirm operating conditions |
| EC/pH feedback | One EC/pH sensor pair in the listed standard configuration |
| Electrical supply | AC 380 V, 50 Hz; verify local supply and wiring requirements |
| Listed total power | 1.6 kW |
| Connection size | DN32; confirm connection standard |
| Dimensions | 811 × 709 × 1,258 mm (L × W × H), supplier-listed |
| Injection pump | Listed 1.3 kW pump; confirm pump curve for the selected configuration |
Selection and Integration Checks
- Provide mainline minimum/maximum flow, operating pressure and a piping diagram showing the intended installation point.
- List source-water EC, pH and alkalinity where available, plus fertilizer stock concentrations and acid/chemical compatibility requirements.
- Confirm the number of independent stock solutions, required dosing ratios and minimum injection demand.
- Check mains voltage/frequency, protection requirements and site electrical installation conditions.
- Agree on sensor calibration, consumables, spare parts, commissioning responsibilities and platform access before ordering.
For connected configurations, overseas network bands, SIM provisioning, platform language, account access and service charges require confirmation. Available control functions depend on the selected hardware, feedback instruments and firmware.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a five-channel configuration supplied as standard?
No. The brochure lists one to five channels as a configuration range. The quote should name each supplied channel and its intended stock solution.
Can the unit be installed on any irrigation network?
No. Flow, pressure, connection standards, chemical compatibility and electrical supply must be checked. Any required filtration, backflow protection and local compliance measures belong in the project design.
What EC/pH accuracy is guaranteed?
A guaranteed system accuracy cannot be established from this brochure alone. Request sensor specifications and an agreed acceptance method covering calibration, water conditions, mixing and stabilization time.
Does Wewin provide a ready agronomic formula?
Wewin can coordinate equipment matching and configuration enquiries. Nutrient recipes and target values should be set by qualified project/agronomic personnel for the crop and water source.
Request a Project-Matched Quote
Send the following application details so Wewin can coordinate configuration matching, sample enquiries and an itemized quotation. Confirm sample acceptance criteria, delivery scope and after-sales responsibilities before a bulk order.
